Due to the long-term transmission of large torque in the work of the expansion sleeve, it is easy to cause fatigue deformation of the metal, resulting in fatigue wear between the expansion sleeve and the fastener. At the same time, because the sintering machine is generally relatively large, it is difficult to repair. In response to such problems, polymer composite materials can be used for on-site repair, and the matching relationship between parts, and the operating state and wear of the equipment generally have component repair and mold repair processes.
The repair is mainly divided into the following steps:
First, surface treatment is performed on the worn parts of the journal and the inner hole of the gear to make it clean, dry and rough, and expose the primary metal color. The surface of the shaft diameter is smeared with polymer metal repair material 2211F, smoothed with a ruler, and cured; the surface of the inner hole of the gear After the material is heated and cured, the surface of the material is smoothed, and the inner ring of the expansion sleeve is used as a mold to match the size of the repaired part of the surface of the shaft diameter, and the edge of the foot is polished.
Then measure the repaired size;
Finally, apply polymer metal repair material to the inner and outer rings of the expansion sleeve for general assembly.
